The Memory Nest - Make It Monday #48

Time for another scrapbook challenge over at The Memory Nest. This sketch offers the chance to use up multiple photos or some of those journalling cards that you've got hiding in your stash.

I decided to use a combination of posed and as it was happening photos for my page. I have to say it's nearly always the capturing life photos that get my vote, but just occasionally it's good to have some that are more intentional.

I've been working my way through the Simple Stories Summer Vibes collection for all my summer pages in my 2015 album. Some pages are traditional, like this one, and others are more Project Life. I love interspersing the two types throughout my albums.

I nearly always add some journalling and love looking back through older albums to read my thoughts. To me this is what memory keeping is all about.

I used a photo overlay as my main title and am very taken by how this looks. Note to self - do this more often!

Supplies:
Papers: Simple Stories, Summer Vibes & So Rad; Webster's Pages, Your Beautiful Life
Stickers & Chipboard: Simple Stories, Summer Vibes
Photo overlay: Simple Stories, diy

Will you be joining in with The Memory Nest challenge? I'm really hoping you'll give this sketch a try and link up with us - here. Remember if scrapbooking is not your thing we welcome cards too. In fact some of our DT often make cards for their inspiration samples.

Thanks for looking at my blog today, come back again soon.  And keep crafting!
