Saturday Slot

Another card I made for a challenge to share with you today. This time it was CASE the Designer at Happy Little Stampers.

http://www.happylittlestampers.com/2016/03/march-case-designer-kim-heggins.html   http://www.happylittlestampers.com/2016/03/march-case-designer-kim-heggins.html

I was immediately grabbed by the different sized rectangular panels on Kim's card and that's how my card began.

I really love inspirational quotes and how motivating they can be and die cut a stitched rectangle for this one so that it would be the focal point of my card.

I then added the sunshine stamp copying the position from Kim's card - to me signifying the ultimate goal. The bird was positioned on the wire to indicate there's till a way to go and the stormy bokeh panel, created using a stencil and different levels of black ink, represents the difficulties ahead. Quite deep thinking behind this card!!

This is another card made just for me and destined for my craft room wall.

Supplies:
Stamps: Visible Image, Keep Going; Lawn Fawn, Hello Sunshine
Inks: Memento, tuxedo black, dandelion
Pens: Promarkers, cool grey 3 & 5
Stencil: Hero Arts, confetti pair

Thanks for your time today, I'm really pleased you spent some of it looking at my blog.

And keep crafting!
