Uniko November Release - Introducing Christmas Pop & Most Wonderful

Here I am back for a second post today and excited to be sharing cards made with Uniko's fabulous new release. And as you've probably already guessed from the sneak peeks it's a Christmas themed release.

My first card sticks to the traditional colours of red and green and uses both of the new sets. I'm loving the ultra modern looking outline tree which can be filled with a choice of inner stamps. I chose the horizontal bands for this card, thought it made a great combo with the polka dot paper.

I added a star to the top of the tree and a trio of stars round the sentiment - think this is going to be my mass produced card this year.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Christmas Pop & Most Wonderful
Inks: SU, cherry cobbler, old olive; Memento, tuxedo black

My next card uses a different inner stamp and the tiny tree stamp also included in the set. All three trees were stamped and then hand cut, the large tree got a brush of green ink over it and was mounted onto pads, but the smaller trees were adhered straight onto the striped mat.

And it was that stripy mat that influenced the colours I chose. The stars on the top of the trees were stamped straight on to the card after positioning the trees.

I finished up by stamping three sentiment words in a diagonal line.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Christmas Pop & most Wonderful
Inks: SU, chrry cobbler, old olive, dapper denim; Memto, tuxedo black
Paper: ep, Times & Seasons

My final share today is a dalliance into non-traditional colours. I started by adding the washi down the right hand side and a strip of turquoise card  next to it. Then I stamped and hand cut the tree using my favourite inner stamp from the set. I also stamped the tree trunk on this tree.

A little black jute twine and a trio of enamel dots and I was done.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Christmas Pop & Most Wonderful
Inks: SU, tempting turquoise
Embellishments: SU, washi; Creative Expressions, jute twine; Doodlebug sprinkles, beetle balck asst.

Well that's me all shared for today. I hope you've enjoyed looking at my cards and will also pop round the rest of the Uniko DT to see what they have come up with. And then come back again tomorrow when there is one more stamp set to introduce - and believe me you're going to adore it!

Thanks for your time today, so pleased you spent some of it looking at my blog.. And keep crafting!

  6. WOW! You've really gone pop-tastic with this little trio Jane. Love all the non-traditional colours on the 2nd and 3rd but I'm a sucker for red on Xmas cards - can't dislike that at this time of year. Love all you slick CAS elements on the card too, so much detail yet crisp and clean too. Love em and looking forward to tomorrow's intros. Sarah x
