Saturday Slot

Time for a new challenge at The Male Room and their theme is Under Water.

Now this stamp immediately came to mind and I happily started creating with just the tiniest bit of wondering if it qualifies for their theme.

He definitely is under some water, and I did add some more droplets with glossy accents, but as the wondering keeps growing and this is a fortnightly challenge I'll probably make another card with a less cheeky link next week.

As I'm participating in the online class Stretch Your Dies - although I'm still way back at day 2's videos - it has made me focus on using more of my dies, which is why I've put the sentiment onto a speech bubble. Do go check out this class - here - it's so informative and there are loads of general crafting tips to be picked up as well as new ideas for using dies.

Supplies:
Stamps: LOTV, April Showers; Clearly Besotted, Diagonal Stripes; Uniko Studio, Background Builders Squared
Inks: Memento, tuxedo black; SU, night of navy, pistachio pudding, soft sky
Dies: Lil'inker, stitched mats rectangles; Clearly Besotted, You Said It
Colours: Flexmarker, linen; Promarker, cloud blue, cool grey 3, 4 & 5
Embellishmants: Candi dots, Glossy Accents

Thanks for dropping by today, I really appreciate it. And keep crafting!

  2. Clever! Yes, I think this works for the theme - he's certainly underwater, albeit raindrops! Beautiful image, great colouring and I do like the added texture with the raindrops. Like the clean, simple look to your card. Thanks so much for playing along with The Male Room this week! Good luck with the DT Call.
