Friday Focus

Phew! Finally found some time to search out a few challenges and create just for the sheer hell of it!
Today it's a CASE card for the CASEplorations challenge at STAMPlorations.

Oh wow! Such a gorgeous card from the talented Anita in France. A bit daunting as I've long been an admirer of her creativity. But my word for 2016 is FEARLESS so here's my version:

I was so loving the line of hearts and the gradual shading of the ink from pink through orange to yellow that was the first thing I wanted to pick up on.

Then I remembered this fabulous scripty wish sentiment and the idea of using stars was born. I stamped it to echo the colours of Anita's love sentiment.

Supplies:
Stamps: Creat A smile, Make a Wish; Clearly Besotted, Superstar
Inks: SU, daffodil delight, tangelo twist, melon mambo; Memento, tuxedo black

I'm so pleased you stopped by my blog today, huge thanks.  And keep crafting!

  2. Wow, Jane, this is gorgeous ... that cascade of striped ombré stars is just fabulous ... they really pop so beautifully against all that glorious white ... and the scripty sentiment is a fantastic contrast to the crisp lines of the stars! Thanks so much for your sweet words and for such a delicious CASE! Delighted to have you playing along with us at CASEplorations!
