My first card uses stamping and masking and one of the tiny dies from the set.
Are you in love? I know I was totally smitten as soon as I saw this stamp - so of course it had to be purple! I stamped the solid flower head off centre to the outline stamp, partly because I love this look and partly because it makes life so much easier!
The centre of the flower is stamped and die cut and adhered straight on top of the stamped image.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Passiflora
Inks: Versafine Clair, Fantasia; ColorBox, green apple, grape
Die: Uniko, Passiflora
And I couldn't resist breaking out the pinks too.
This time I pretty much die cut all the elements, popping most up onto foam pads for dimension - not a post friendly card. I also die cut a couple of stitched squares to use as a base to arrange my floral display on top of.
The card base is matched to the darker ink colour and the sentiment has been hand cut close to the words.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Passiflora & Birthday Wishes
Inks: SU, old olive, sweet sugarplum, berry burst; Versafine Clair, nocturne
Dies: Uniko, Passiflora; Lawn Fawn, large stitched square stackables
Only one more day of introductions left now, so please pop back tomorrow to see two more outstanding and very desirable stamp sets. Bev has played a blinder with this February birthday release.
Thanks so much for your time today, I do so love having visitors to my blog.
