Tuesday Talk

There is the most wonderful card to CASE at Stamplorations this month, couldn't resist it!

http://stamplorations.blogspot.co.uk/2016/05/caseplorations-may.html

Now while the central panel of text is right up my street, the all over background behind it is something way out of my comfort zone. But I loved the colours and decided to give it a go.

I started by die cutting a stitched square, dusting it with two ink colours and stamping the quote. Next I stamped the bold coloured flowerheads over the rest of the card and dusted each one with a splodge of the same colour.

Then I placed the quote square back into the aperture and stamped the second generation ink flowerheads all over. I do love this all over background, but you'll notice I had to mat it onto a plain white card base to get a little bit of a white space fix!

Supplies:
Stamps: Visible Image, thanks you set
Inks: Memento, tuxedo black; Ranger distress, picked raspberry, mustard seed
Die: Lawn Fawn, large stitched square stackables

Thanks so much for looking today, I appreciate you spending some time here.  And keep crafting!
