It's my turn to host the challenges throughout February over at CAS Colours & Sketches and I'm starting off with a trio of pretty pinks for this week's colour challenge.
I definitely had Valentine's Day in mind when I chose these colours and that's the theme of my DT card.
I stamped the Uniko sentiment using cherry cobbler and also the little heart outline. the filled in part of the heart uses rose red. I then added some sweet sugarplum through a stencil.
The little heart was handcut and popped up on pads to add dimension and shadow.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, All Occasion Sentiements #5, Hearts from I Love Tea & Always & Forever
Inks: SU, sweet sugarplum, rose red, cherry cobbler
Card: SU, sweet sugarplum
Stencil: TCW Mini Stitched Art
I always enjoy seeing your cards pop up in the CC&S gallery, but when I've done the choosing it adds an extra little thrill to see how you've used my choices. The rest of the DT have also made cards to inspire you, check them all out here.
Huge thanks for dropping by my blog today, I really appreciate it. And keep crafting!
