CAS Colours & Sketches - #204

Here we go again - it's the first CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge of 2017 - but it's Tuessday I hear you say. Well yes, we've changed our challenge start and close dates. Get all the details here.

And feast your eyes on these beautiful subtle colours just waiting for you to play with.

Another first too as my card uses a new to me Stampin Up stamp set - so gorgeously smudgy and painty looking.

And yet another first - a new die set in my stash - going to be seeing a lot of this one in 2017 I'm thinking!

I'm so loving the font and angle of the sentiment stamp - perfection!

Stamps: SU, Blooms & Wishes
Inks: SU, pink pirouette, sweet sugarplum
Die: MFT Die-namics, stitched basic edges
Embellishments: SU, enamel dots, sweet sugarplum

Do you remember CC&S expanded its Design Team at the end of 2016? So now you get to see even more amazing cards to inspire you to play along. Go check them all out here.

Mega thanks for visiting today. I hope you enjoyed all the Holiday festivities and  New Year celebrations and are fighting fit and looking forward to the year ahead. I'm sharing the last few pages of my December album over at Let's December Daily today - here. Maybe you'll have time to pop over and take a peek.

And as always keep crafting!

  4. Great card Jane - fabulous die! I may have to go perusing the net for dies ... !! X

  5. I'm loving that die, too! Even without using a die, this would be a fun sketch idea for a future challenge - hint, hint! ;) Great job, Jane!

  6. Love the die and the painted look of the flowers is very pretty! I look forward to working with you on the CC&S Design team this year!
