AAA Cards January CAS Card Exchange

Today I'm sharing a card I made to take part in the AAA Cards facebook January CAS card exchange. The theme is Icy.

And here's my card:

Isn't this polar bear image the most cutest ever? It's a LOTV digi called Polar. I just love the way he's  so fascinated by the single snowflake!

I just added a little outline shading to ground him a bit more and a sentiment from Uniko's Stunning Snowflakes. Although I was tempted to add more snowflakes, I decided to leave it very CAS and not over complicate things.

Supplies:
Stamps: LOTV digi; Uniko, Stunning Snowflakes
Ink: Versafine Clair, nocturne
Colours: Stamps By Me, oil pencils

I hope you'll come and join in with this CAS card exchange on facebook. Find all the details HERE.

Thanks for looking and keep crafting!

AAA Cards Facebook CAS Card Exchange

Today I'm sharing the card I created for the AAA Cards facebook November CAS Card Exchange. The theme is Cute Christmas.

Here's my card:

I chose the adorable sleeping donkey image from Clearly Besotted and added in the cute little mouse and star to the scene. I masked off all the images and then put a circular stencil over them to ink up a background scene.

The star was glistened up with Wink of Stella and I added some falling snow using a gelly roll pen.

Supplies:
Stamps: clearly Besotted, Little Donkey
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black; Ranger distress, blueprint sketch, wilted violet, brushed corduroy
Colours: Prismacolor pencils; Sakura gellyroll, white

Have you joined in with an AAA Cards facebook event yet? Check out the details of this CAS Card Exchange HERE.

Thanks for looking today, I always enjoy having your company for a whilte.

And keep crafting!

AAA Cards Exchange

Today I'm sharing the card I created to take part in the October AAA Cards facebook exchange. The theme is Simplicity is Beauty.

Here's my card:

I used the brand new Uniko Season of Beauty floral and gave it a bit of a non-Christmas styling. I stamped it using three colours and then masked it off to stamp the lines in the darkest ink. I chose the Simplicity is Beauty theme for October's exchange as that jumped into my head as soon as I saw this simplified poinsettia stamp. And it is very beautiful!

I kept to the theme Simplicity is Beauty by just adding a simple greeting underneath it.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Season of Beauty, Background Builders Classics, the greeting is from a discontinued set
Inks: SU, sweet sugarplum, berry burst, rich rszzleberry; Versafine Clair, nocturne

I hope you'll come visit the AAA Cards facebook group and maybe take part in this exchange too. Find it all HERE.

Thanks so much for visiting today, I really appreciate you taking the time.

And keep crafting!

Saturday Slot

Today I'm sharing the card I made for the AAA Cards facebook September exchange. The theme is Autumn colours.

Image may contain: plant, sky, nature and outdoor

I adore Autumn colours and was really taken by the purple leaf in this inspiration pic - no surprises there then!

I used the beautiful Forest Foliage stencil from Funky Fossil and four distress oxide inks at the top of my card. I then added a greeting from Precious Remembrance Shop. And yes I can live with the American spelling of colours - who knows my card may just be heading that way anyway.

Supplies:
Stencil: Funky Fossil, Forest Foliage
Inks: Ranger distress, spiced marmalade, fossilized amber, fired brick, seedless preserves; Versafine Clair, nocturne
Stamp: Precious Remembrance Shop, Fall Colors

Thanks so much for your time today I always love it when you come visit my blog.

And keep crafting!
