Tuesday Talk

It's seems such a long time since I last made a card for a challenge rather than a DT sample that I decided to put this right. And what better way to get back in the swing of things than with the Blast From The Past Colour Challenge at Inkspirational.

http://inkspirationalchallenges.blogspot.ca/2016/01/challenge-100-blast-from-past-and-prize.html

I've chosen colours from  #51, purple, white, green (pick 2 or 3) and created a card to say thanks for all their 100 challenges. No prizes for guessing why this colour combo spoke to me!

And I broke open a stamp set that I've not used for ages - seems to be my time for rediscovering things!

I did that partially hiding thing with the enamel dots and used some favourite washi and a stitched die.

Supplies:
Stamps: SU, Oh, Hello
Ink: Memento, grape jelly
Die: Lawn Fawn, large stitched square stackables
Embellishments: Doodlebug Sprinkles, day to day asst; washi from my stash

Thanks for dropping by today, your visting is much appreciated.

And keep crafting!

  3. I love the layered washi - great design. This was one of my fave colour challenges - I chose those colours as they were the campaign colours of the suffragettes (UK) - so I am glad you chose them. Thank you for joining us at Inkspirational Challenges. Come back next time! Marina
