CAS Colours & Sketches #177

Here we go with the second CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge for June. This week it's a sketch designed by Bev from Uniko.

And here's my card:

I started by die cutting a tag and then brushing on a couple of colours to create some background colour. I stamped the dark blue splodge by using the wrong side of the Clearly Besotted tree stamp and them overstamped everything with the Inkylicious branches.

A trio of butterflies and a sentiment on a small die cut tag and my card was finished.

Stamps: Inkylicious, Bare Branches, Twinchie sentiment; Clearly Besotted, Design A Tree
Inks: Ranger distress, peacock feathers, blueprint sketch, cracked pistachio; Memento, tuxedo black
Dies: MFT Die-namics, stitched traditional tag stax
Punch: Martha Stewart, triple butterfly
Embellishments: Hobbycraft, black gemstones

Such a great sketch that really lends itself to the clean open 'white' space we're always looking for at CAS Colours & Sketches. Want to see the rest of the DT creations? Well click here.

Thanks for looking today, so pleased to have you drop by.  And keep crafting!
