Sarah is an amazingly talented and original crafter and will be greatly missed. But life has this way of getting in the way at times and then the only sensible thing to do is take stock and react accordingly. I wish you every success and heartfelt goodwishes for your future Sarah.
So today Uniko is hosting a blog hop in Sarah's honour to say goodbye and show appreciation of her creativity. Here's my contribution:
I started by stamping the beautiful Uniko Gerbera and then used a stencil to add the circles in turqoise and mint. I then die cut it into a stitched rectangle and added foam to the back to lift it a little.
A greeting to let Sarah know this card was made just for her and a sprinkle of sequins and I was done.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko Pure Florals Gerbera
Inks: SU, tempting turquoise, mint macaron
Die: Lil'inker, stitched mats rectangles
Stencil: Hero Arts, Confetti Pair

ReplyDeleteA sad farewell to Sarah, who has been an outstanding ambassador and source of amazing inspiration for Uniko. Her creativity here will be deeply missed; hopefully, we’ll still see her crafting, as such talent ‘needs’ expression. Your daisy is lovely, specially paired with the stenciled background.
