Today I'm starting my stash of Christmas cards for 2020. How early is that! Of course the challenge at Christmas Kickstart is the reason for this and their theme is Penguin Parade.

The Funky Fossil Festive Penguins stamp set jumped straight into my head.

I wanted to make a little group of all three penguins included in the set so I stamped the front two and then masked them off before stamping the one that sits behind. I used a plastic template and light blue ink to create a hill for the penguins to sit on and then removed the mask to see how it all looked.

The penguins were coloured with Copic pens and I stamped a sentiment from Uniko's Festive Sentiments Outlined and use a red card base. Keeping it all flat, simple and with minimal layers so that it fits through the Post Office letter slot - don't want to be re-jigging my cards again this year!
