Tuesday Talk

Today I'm playing along with the Twelve Days of Christmas Challenge at CAS Christmas.

Now I have seen commercially produced cards that have all of the elements from the Twelves Days of Christmas song, but fortunately this was not expected for this challenge.

I went with the two turtle doves verse and some added music notes to reflect the inspiration's origin from a song. Hoping this will be acceptable!

Supplies:

Stamps: Lawn Fawn, Winter Sparrows (I'm using them as turtle doves!)

Ink: Memento, tuxedo black

Pens: Copic, E000, E00, R27, R29, G28; Wink of Stellas clear; Sakura gelly roll white

AAA Birthday Challenge #16 - Tic Tac Toe

The beginning of the month and time for the August Challenge at AAA Birthday to start. This month we've a Tic Tac Toe board for you to use as your starting point.

   

I went across the bottom row for my card - rainbow, window and patterned paper.

I used the fabulous Lawn Fawn Peekaboo backdrop to create the grid and then had fun choosing elements to fill the spaces. Although the products were from three different companies the whole thing was linked together by using shades of one colour. Oh yes of course it was purple!

Paper: Hobbycraft, Watercolours 6x6 pad
