Saturday Slot

I fell in love with this month's Happy Little Stamper sketch as soon as I saw it. Something to do with those simplistic flowers and long skinny stems I think.

And for some strange reason I kept imagining balloons and went searching through my stamps to see what I could find. I then had a lovely time stamping in four shades of pink and came up with this:

A closer look at my balloons and as always I seem to get the lighting better on the close up and the colours are much more realistic.

I used Stampin n' Write pens to get the two tone effect on the bottom border. And added white specks and wink of stella to show shade and light on the balloons.

Supplies:
Stamps: Lawn Fawn, Hello Sunshine; Uniko Studio, Balloon Bash & Background Builders Flower Power
Inks: SU, rose red, melon mambo, strawberry slush, regal rose; Memento, pear tart, tuxedo black
Embellishments: Sakura ggelly roll, white; Wink of Stella, clear

Thanks for spending some time looking today. And keep crafting!
