Here's my purple passion:
I put some card through a Cuttlebug embossing folder and then stamped the flower over the top in all three colours, rotating the stamp a little between layers. This gave me the texture and splodgy look I wanted for the background layer of my card.
I stamped the flower in purple then rotated it slightly and just inked up the edges in the lilac before stamping it again. Then I rotated it a bit more and inked the edges in pink before stamping for a third time. A narrow matted purple border on both the background and flower layers and my card was done.
Stamps: Visible Image, Flower Inkognito; Uniko, Simply Said
Inks: Memento, grape jelly, lilac posies, rose bud, tuxedo black
Embossing: Cuttlebug, branches
