Thursday Thoughts

Today it's a card for the final of the February challenges at STAMPlorations  that I'm palying along with. And it's my favourite - CAS!


Well I have to confess I had to google cerulean blue and also studied the DT cards carefully. Seems it's that brilliant sunshiny sky blue that I love to see - mostly when on holiday in Portugal, but occasionally here in the UK too.


It was the first outing of my new Visible Image stamps and I love how these flowers look. I stamped them in a row and then masked off a strip and added the blue using two Copic pens. One of the few times when the wide chisel tip gets an airing.


I added the sentiment just above  the coloured strip and called this card done.

Embellishments: Blue gems from my stash

    Jane, it's so funny you should say about googling cerulean blue as I had to do exactly the same! Your card is gorgeous, I love the simple layout with the vibrant blue line.
