Guest Designing with AAA Cards

Hello!

I'm delighted to be guest designing with AAA Cards for their challenge that has started today.

A lovely simple theme don't you think? Here's my card:

I used the super cute sheep image from Funky Fossil's Feeling Sheepish and created a little background interest using the In The Clouds and Scenic Borders stencils.

Are there any lambs out in the fields near you yet or are the sheep still waiting their new arrivals a bit like the one on my card might be?

Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Feeling Sheepish
Stencils: Funky Fossil, In The Clouds, Scenic Borders
Inks: Ranger distress oxide, cracked pistachio, tumbled glass; Memento, tuxedo back
Pens: Copic, R29, R59, RV02, C0, C3

I hope you'll find time to play along with this Spring challenge at AAA Cards. The DT have really been rocking the challenges with their card samples this year. Go check them all out HERE.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, it's been great fun to have your company.

Stay safe and keep crafting!

Guest Designing with CAS Christmas

I'm excited today as I'm guesting at CAS Christmas for their July challenge which has the theme of Nativity.

Here's my card:

I'm a bit short of Nativity stamps but remembered I had this Inky Doodles one which is a sort of modern take on part of the Christmas story. I decided I would keep everything black and white apart from the night sky behind the window. I used a left over piece of a paper from Funky Fossil's In To The Blue paper pad and a Pretty Pink Posh window die.

Supplies:
Stamps: Inky Doodles, Christmas Jumpers
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Die1; Pretty Pink Posh, Window Frames

Thanks so much for looking today, I really appreciate you taking the time.

Stay safe and keep crafting!

Tag You're It Guest Designer

Yay! I'm super delighted to be Guest Designing with Tag You're It today. And it's a pretty little Autumn scene on the challenge graphic.

Here's how it inspired me:

I chose some fleck kraft card from Papermilldirect for my top tag and stamped the framed zinnias at the bottom and a greeting at the top. I then stamped, coloured and hand cut some leaves and pumpkins and added them on top using foam pads.

I then die cut a larger tag in mocha brown card and tied them both together with ribbon and fibres.

Supplies:
Stamps: STAMPlorations, Framed Zinnia, Wonderfall Time
Inks: SU, early espresso
Card: Papermilldirect, fleck kraft, mocha brown
Colours: Prismacolor, yellow ochre, canary yellow, goldenrod, pale vermillion, poppy red, crimson red, olive green, burnt ochre, dark umber
Ribbon & fibres from my stash

Thanks so much for dropping by today. I'll be back in an hour with a coffee themed card - twice in one day, how's that for busy?!

And keep crafting!

Guest Designing with Time Out

Well this is a brilliant way to start the New Year - I'm Guest Designing with Time Out. They have a brilliant theme to kick off their 2019 challenges - Loving.

And that meant hearts to me and the beautiful Originally Organic Additions stamps and dies.

I started by stamping, colouring and die cutting the heart shaped wreath and then adhered it onto white card. I then stamped, coloured and die cut the flowers, popped them up on foam pads and nestled them into the wreath. I added a few extra small flowers to finish off the wreath.

The sentiment is from Originally Organic and I punched it into a circle, added foam behind it and placed it just under one of the flowers. I chose a vibrant pink card base and I was done.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Originally Organic, Originally Organic Additions
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Dies: Uniko, Originally Organic Additions
Pens: Copic, RV63, RV66, RV69, RV17, RV55, Y35, C1, G99, YG63

Be sure to pop on over to the Time Out Challenge blog and check out what their fabulous DT have created to reflect this theme - HERE.

It's been such an honour to Guest Design with Time Out, thank you so much for the opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who's spent some of their precious time looking at my blog, I really do appreciate it!

And keep crafting!
