Friday Focus

Today I'm sharing a card I created for the challenge at Always Fun. this week they want Cute Critters.

Well as the new release stamps from Time For Tea Designs were still on my desk and they definitely have cute critters this card came together very easily.

I started by stamping, colouring and die cutting the bunny and balloon image. Then I decided it looked just about the right size to sit on a tag, so I die cut a stitched one and added some background colours. 

The balloon and bunnies were popped up onto foam pads and adhered to the tag with the stamped onto a die cut banner tucked under..

I matted the tag onto white card and then onto plaid patterned paper and then again onto a white card base.

Wednesday Words

Today I'm sharing a card I made using my new stash from Time For Tea Designs and I'm entering it into the challenge at Crafting Happiness.

This is the first time I've played at this challenge and I really like that the picks are chosen by the players themselves who click on the thumbnail of their favourites.  Here's my card:

The stamps from TFTD new release didn't hang around for long on my craft table before being inked up and coloured! They're mega cute. 

I stamped the windmill background scene onto a stitched die cut square and then popped it back into the aperture. The cloud, birds and butterfly were cut from the matching dies as was the flag toting bunny. He was popped up onto foam pads and adhered just under the butterfly.

AAA Cards Game #169 - Made In Minutes + optional twist Christmas In July

A new challenge has just started at AAA Cards. The main theme is to make a quick card - Made In Minutes - but the twist is a very popular one at this time of year Christmas in July.

I used stamps from Time For Tea Designs a new and very welcome sponsor to AAA Cards.

I simply stamped, coloured and hand cut the images and then arranged them onto my card front. Quick, easy and made in minutes.
