Tuesday Talk

Today I'm sharing a card I made for Stamplorations CAS Card Challenge where the optional twist is to use the colour magenta.

Almost purple then! And I was able to use some purple mixed with pink to achieve my magenta strip - sigh!


I started by masking off a strip and brushing on three colours to create my magenta element. I stamped the image and quote on top using the misti tool to get a good deep stamping.


I added a strip of washi down the edge to finish off my card.

Supplies:
Stamps: Inkylicious, Meadow Song & Twinchie quote
Inks: SU, melon mambo, rose red, rich razzleberry; Memento, tuxedo black
Washi from my stash
