The Male Room - Challenge #35

A really easy male themed challenge at The Male Room starts today, you're going to love this.

http://themaleroomchallengeblog.blogspot.com/2016/05/challenge-35-theme-dt-call.html

Told you! Couldn't be more obvious really.

And out came those new to me double stitched dies again - funny how some new additions sink to the bottom of your stash and others stay on your table and get used over and over.

I accidently put the die on the the patterned papers a different way round to each other, but it's one of those happy accidents and I love how the dotted lines form a chevron. Might even do it deliberately next time.

Supplies:
Stamps: Digi Stamp Boutique, cute car & balloons
Die: MFT Die-namics, double stitched rectangles
Paper: Lawn Fawn, beachside 6 x 6
Pens: Promarkers, midnight blue, cool aqua, vanilla, cool grey 1 7 5, poppy, tan, tulip yellow; Saura gelly roll, white

Ok, you know the drill! Go see the creations by the DT at The Male Room, be inspired and then link up your own transport themed male card in the gallery.

Thanks for dropping by today, I'm always pleased that you've spent some time here with me.  And keep crafting!

  1. I think this is just super! The image is really fun - the mouse has such a pleased expression on his face (and rightly so). Love the papers you've used to layer too. Great work. xx

  2. Great card, bright and cheery. It definitely was a happy accident, I thought you had cleverly done that to get the chevron pattern. It's also a great idea for the occasion, meant think we've had a passed your test card before, well done!

  3. I thought those chevrons were deliberate, they look so good with a car.
