Friday Focus

So have you seen the chosen colour for the new Less is More Challenge? Well no surprises that I'm playing along then! And then there is the new cue card at CASology - HUG - that appealed to me too.

And here's what they inspired me to create:

I decided to go for a completely purple experience and stamped both the image and greeting in Stampin' Up's wisteria wonder. I love these long tall flowers and wanted to keep them fairly simple, so I just added a bit of colour to the base of each petal or bud.

I used the same copic colours on a piece of scrap card to create a sort of ombre effect and then die cut the 'hugs' from it. And to finish off this purple passion it was all matted onto a purple cardbase. So satisfying!!!!

Supplies:
Stamps: Woodware, Long Tall Flowers; Uniko, Simply Said
Inks: SU, wisteria wonder
Die: Lawn Fawn, Scripty Hugs
Pens: Copic, BV11, BV13, BV17, E000

So pleased to have had your company for a while, thanks so much.

And keep crafting!
