Happy Little Stampers February CAS Challenge

It's time for a new CAS challenge at Happy Little Stampers. The theme for February is FRIENDS.

I used one of the cute animal pairs from Clearly Besotted and a bit of masking to create my card.

The animals were stamped first and then masked off. I then masked off the card front to leave just a strip around the animals. A bit of colour blending across this strip and then all the masks were removed.

I added colour to the animals and stamped a greeting to finish off my card.

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Besotted, Best Friends
Inks: Ranger distress, mermaid lagoon, cracked pistachio; Versafine Clair, nocturne
Pens: Copic, W0, W1, C1, C3, C5, C7

Will you join in and play along with this CAS Challenge? Do pop over to HLS and check out all the other DT cards, you're sure to be inspired.

thanks for dropping by today, I hope you'll call in again aother day.

And keep crafting!

  1. It's such a sweet stamp. I love how you put a print behind a blue masked belt. It looks really like a fragment of the ocean. Great inspiration.

  2. Such a cute image despite it being a shark. I reminds me of the shark that escapes in an episode of Postman Pat that I watched with my grandson this morning! :)
