This is how it works - group members who want to participate create a CAS card following the theme and then at the end of the event a winner is picked. The winner sends their card to the event host and all the other cards in the lottery are sent to the winner. How about that as a way to connect with other crafters!!
Here's my card:
I used one of my all time favourite Stampin Up sets - Blooms & Wishes. I love the patchy flower heads and the font on the greeting is just fabulous.
I placed my elements in the bottom corner of the card and added a sparkly gem stone to each flower centre. The corner placement layout is a great favourite for keeping cards CAS at AAA Cards and we're using it as one of our recurring challenge themes this year.
