Tuesday Talk

Today I'm sharing a couple of cards I've made for the Card Chain Challenge.

http://picasion.com/
Each month there is a chance to sign up and exchange a card with other crafters from around the world.

Here is my card for March which winged its way to Kenya - excuse the pun!

I used the colours, sketch, theme and product options for this card. But you don't have to use them all.

Theme Options: Spring/Flowers/Friendship      Product/Technique Options: Stamping or Decoupage

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Flower Power #2, sentiment from Spring Botanicals Daffodil
Inks: Memento, dandelion; SU, lemon lime twist, smoky slate
Punch: Marthas Stewart, butterflies

And this is my card from February, which didn't travel that far as it stayed in the UK.

I used all four options again.

Theme Options: birds, cutouts or friendship
Product/Technique Options: punches, die cutting or stitching (real or faux)

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Paradise Hummingbird, sentiment from Paradise
Inks: Brusho, yellow, crimson
Die: MFT Die-namics, double stitched rectangles

Thanks so much for looking today. And if you fancy joining in with April's card exchange pop on over to the sign up HERE. You've got until 6th April.

And keep crafting!

  1. These are both great cards but I like your March card best. The inked panel with the butterflies is lovely xx

  2. These are both fab Jane! The flower pattern strip looks so fresh on your March card and I love the hummingbird image on the inky background!
