Sunday Spot

I'm here today to share a card I made for the Weekend Workout at AAA Cards facebook group.

The theme is to use multi colours on a CAS card.

Here's what I came up with:

I used the Festive Stripes stencil from A Colorful Life and as many distress oxide colours as I could!

I added a  sentiment  from Uniko's Birthday Wishes to complete my card.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Birthday Wishes
Inks: Versafine Clair, nocturne; Ranger distress oxides, picked rasoberry, spiced marmalde, worn lipstick, salty ocean, peacock feathers, wilted violet, seedless preserves, twiste citron, squeezed lemonade, cracked pistachio.
Stencil: A Colorful Life, Festive Stripes

And while I'm sharing fb things I thought I'd also add in a couple of ATCs that I created to take part in some events in the Happy ATC facebook group.

The first one is for the June lottery and the theme is Local Landmarks.

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing, cloud, sky, outdoor and text

I went with the London skyline, although London is not really that local to me just a very recognisable UK scene.

I used the new Clearly Besotted Scene It City stamp and couple of strips of washi tape. I coloured the background to make the buildings pop even more.

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Besotted, Scene It City
Ink: SU, night of navy
Pens: BV23, BV25, C0
Other: Washi & Wink of Stella, clear

The second card is for the June exchange where the theme is Happy Mail.

No photo description available.

I love the whole idea of happy mail and hardly ever refuse to take part in an opportunity to swap and share with other crafters around the world.

I used a couple of stamp sets and a bit of shading plus my favourite hot pink.

Supplies:
Stamps: Neat & Tangled, Pretty Mail; Suagr Peas, Caring Hearts
Inks: Versafine Clair, nocturen; SU, berry burst
Pens: Copic, C1, C3, C5

Huge thanks for dropping by my log today, i really do appreciate you taking the time.

And keep crafting!

  1. WOW! Jane, I wouldn't have guessed the first card was a stencil, super use of the inks. Love your London card and the pretty mail card. You are so clever.
