I love how fun it is to build your own images with these stamps and spent a happy few hours just playing around with them to see what I could create before settling down to make this particular card.
I used the Stampin' Up ink pads smeared on to an acrylic block with a little water to colour in my image.

Stamps: Polkadoodles Stamp Soup, In A Frenzy & Magic Garden; Uniko, Birthday wishes
Inks: Versafine Clair, nocturne; SU, so saffron, poll party, bermuda bay
