Thursday Thoughts

Today's share is a card I made for the Theme & Photo Challenge at STAMPlorations.


Here's my card which picks up on the colours and circles from the photo.


I used a stencil for all the background circles and inked through it with Stampin' Up Early Espresso. I then removed the stencil and applied a layer of Cosmic Shimmer mica powder. It really catches the light in real life.


My stamp element for this challenge is the greeting. I heat embossed it in white onto some brown card stock  which matches the base card.

Supplies:
Stamps: sentiment from Funky Fossil, The Quick Brown Fox
Inks: Versamark clear + WOW! opaque white embossing powder; Cosmic Shimmer mica powder, sapphire ultra; SU, early espresso
Stencil: Funky Fossil, Circle Burst
Card: Ppaermill Direct, mocha brown
