AAA Cards Challenge #172 - One Layer + optional twist My Other Hobby

It's time for a new challenge at AAA Cards. The main theme is One Layer, but we've been challenged for the optional twist by DT Ishani to include another hobby that takes up our time.

Well no brainer for me it had to be sewing! Although at the moment I'm doing more cross stitch than machine sewing, but I always go back to my machine eventually.

I used Funky Fossil's Sew Lovely stamp set and simply added a little pop of mustard yellow to add extra interest to my mainly chromatic card.

Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Sew Lovely
Inks: Versafine Clair, nocturne; SU crushed curry
Colours: Miya oil pencils

So now I'm curious about what other hobies you all enjoy. Pop on over to AAA Cards and find out the info on the rest of the DT and our Guest Designer Coni.

Here's a couple of photos of my most recent adventures with the sewing machine:

Thanks so much for dropping by today, I always enjoy having a little company here on my blog.

Stay safe and keep crafting!

  4. What amazing little jackets. I find sewing even more frustrating than card making as fabric never seems to do what you want it too! Thank you for sharing this. Love your beautiful CAS one layer card too xx
