Tuesday Talk

Today I'm sharing a card I made for the April CUTplorations challenge.

Here's my card:

I've seen so many cards around blogland using the camouflaged die cut greeting that I decided to give it a try for my card. I started by stamping the row of butterflies and colouring them using the colours from the inspiration photo and then used a rectangular die to cut them into a panel.

Next I die cut the good luck from this panel and then raised it up by cutting three more layers before popping it back into the hole. It's so camouflaged it can hardly be seen and it's certainly very difficult to photograph to show it - I obviously need more practise with this technique!

Supplies:
Stamps: STAMPlorations, Flutter Zen Row
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Dies: CUTplorations, Good Luck; Lil'inker, stitched mats long & skinny rectangles
Pens: Copic, Y35, YG23, BG01, R22, R59

Thanks so much for your time today, I'm so pleased you spent some of it looking at my blog.

And keep crafting!
