And what's not to love about digital stamps! They're inexpensive, come without postage costs and can be re-sized to fit your project no matter how big or small. Just perfect!
Here's my first card:
I coloured this image using Copic pens and chose autumnal colours to match the sentiment. i added a little shading to ground the vase and then matted the whole thing on matching red card stock.
Supplies:
Stamps: MKC Digitals, Octobers
Pens: Copic, C0, C1, C3, C5, C7, YR15, YR16, YR04, YG63, G94, R37, R39, RV69, E55, E57, E59
My next card uses the same image but this time I went for greys - I was channelling a sort of charcoal look.
I made a quadrant of patterned papers, hand cut the vase of flowers and popped it up on foam pads before adhering to the card.
Supplies:
Stamps: MKC Digitals, Thank You
Paper: First Edition, Noir et Chic
MFT Die-namics, double stitched rectangles
Pens: Copic, W1, W3, W5, W7
My final share for today uses a beautiful floral cluster stamp. I placed it across two corners of the card and then added colour using Prismacolors choosing those autumnal shades once again.
I'm still a complete novice with colouring pencils, but am loving experimenting with them and I must say they are growing on me.
Supplies:
Stamps: MKC Digitals, Blessed to Know you
Colours: Prismacolor pencils
Die: MFT Die-namics, stitched fishtail flags
Well that's my Guest Design spot finished for today, but I do have one more card to share with you all on the 26th September. I hope you'll come back and see me then, but in the meantime be sure to pop over to MKC Digitals - HERE - to see some of the other stamps in this special release.
Thanks for visiting today, it's been so much fun to share my Guest Design spot with you all.
And keep crafting!
