I'm here today to remind you all about the challenge going on at Uniko.
It's a super easy theme - Flowers - with an equally easy twist - Die Cuts. And there sure is plenty of inspiration around and about at this time of year in the northern hemisphere. All the gardens and public places in my village seem to be bursting with flowers.
Here's my card:
Uniko is well known for its beautiful floral stamps so it was difficult to choose which one to use. OK then just use a few! This involved a bit of masking to build up my flower border and once they were all stamped and masked I then added the blue sky and green grass.
I finished off the flower border with one bloom popped up onto pads and added a greeting onto a die cut fishtail banner.
Stamps: Uniko, Pure Florals Cosmao & Chrysanthemum
Inks: Versafine Clair, nocturne; Ranger distress oxide, salty ocean, cracked pistachio
Die: MFT Die-namics, stitched fishtail flag
Colours: Prismacolor pencils, process red, pale vermillion, rose, magenta, blush pink, black, parma violet, violet, lilc, spanish orange, canary yellow
Thanks so much for dropping by today, it's been fabulous having you visit my blog. I hope to see you joining in with the fun at Uniko and look forward to seeing your flower card in the gallery there.
And keep crafting!
Wonderfully vibrant bouquet of flowers. Fab card Jane x
