Friday Focus

I'm beginning to build up my stash of Christmas cards again and have another to share today which is going into the April CAS Christmas challenge.


Such a cool and different idea to include a rainbow on a Christmas card!


I started by stamping the lamp post from Time For Tea Designs Carolling Critters and then masked it off. I then masked off a corner and inked it up in rainbow colours. Use code T4TJANE10 att checkout to get 10% off.

Next I stamped, coloured and die cut the carol singing critter and placed it on the card front. I stamped a greeting and added colour to the lamp post before matting the whole thing onto a white card base.


When I started this card I wasn't too sure how a rainbow would look on a Christmas card, but I think it's ok. How about you?

Ink: Memento, tuxedo black, lady bug, tangelo, dandelion, bamboo leaves, danube blue, grape jelly, lulu lavender
Pens: Copic, W1, W3, R20, R29, R39, B0000, B02, B04, Y35, Y38, N1, N3, N5; Sakura gelly roll white & black glaze
