Funky Fossil April Release - Introducing Heartfelt Tree

Last day of introductions to Funky Fossil's April release. Something completely different and very beautiful.

It persuaded me out of my comfort zone and I used some mixed media on an Art Board.

I gessoed and stencilled and embossed and coloured and sprayed and added glossy accents. Wow! That's a biggie for me!

Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Heartfelt Tree
Stencils: Funky Fossil, Cobblestones, Forest Foliage
MDF: Funky Fossil, Art Board
Ink: Versafine Clair nocturne; Memento tuxedo black, espresso truffle, peanut brittle, toffee crunch; Ranger distress twisted citron, cracked pistachio, lucky clover; WOW! clear gloss embossing powder
Pens: Copic, G05, R29, E23, E25, Y17, YR07, B04, BG23
Embellishments: Glossy Accents; Jen Hadfield gold glitter; Heidi Swapp white

Needed a rest after all that product and quickly reverted back to a much cleaner style and my favourite pinky purples!

Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Heartfelt Tree
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Die: Lil'inker, stitched mats long & skinny rectangles
Pens: Copic, RV04, RV09, RV17, RV55, RV63, RV66, V05, YR68, E31, E55, E57

And then totally reverted back to my CAS style for this last card!

Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Heartfelt Tree, Small Print #2
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Pens: Copic, BG10, BG11, BG23, RV02, V12

Have you spotted how my supplies list has got shorter as I became more CAS? So funny!

Well that's the last of the introductions. I think Sarah has nailed it again and provided fantastic variation in this release so there is something for everyone. Tomorrow it will all be available to buy in the Funky Fossil shop from 9.00am.

Thanks for your time today, it's been great to have your visit.

Stay safe and keep crafting!

  1. What a great bunch of designs from the new release Jane, even adding some mixed media into the pot!! Soon you’ll be wearing scarves in your hair and doing “Leonie style” workshops. Go Girl!
