I have a couple of cards to share again today and here's my first:
I stamped and heat embosed the seed head stems and then blended distress ink over the top. This was then die cut into a stitched rectangular panel. If you look closely you'll see that one long side doesn't have stitching, this is because I wanted a tall skinny rectangle so I trimmed it down to the width I wanted.
The sentiment is also from this set and I stamped it onto a stitched die cut rectangle and then popped it up a little using pads.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Organic Wishes
Inks: Versamark + Ranger superfine embossing powder; Ranger distress, blueprint sketch, mermaid lagoon, cracked pistachio; Mememnto, tuxedo black
Die: MFT Di-namics, double stitched rectangles
My next card features a different seed head and sentiment from this new set and all the stamping is heat embossed in black. It also use dies to create many layers - not my usual style!
And since I was creating outside of my usual comfort zone I chose peachy orange colours to work with.
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, Organic Wishes
Inks: Ranger distress oxide, candied apple, spiced marmalade; Versamark + Ranger superfine embossing powder
Dies: MFT Di-namics, peek-a-boo windows, inside out stitched circles
So that's all the introductions completed. There's lots more to see over at the main Uniko blog where you can find links to the rest of the DT and their fabulous creations.
I've a few more cards to share tomorrow so I'll see you then. And that's when you can fill your baskets with all the lovely Uniko goodies you've seen over the last few days. Oh, and of course there will be the usual release day blog hop and the chance to win the entire release.
Thanks for looking. And keep crafting!
