CAS Colours & Sketches #185

Hey! It's August and the DT at CAS Colours & Sketches are sharing the load again this month. So we kick off with a trio of colours selected by Liz. And I'm thinking she was having some fabulous weather when she chose these Summer sky blues.

I headed straight for my newly acquired Clearly Besotted Colour Chameleon paint stripes - so love these!

And that really cute little critter just had to be added! He's all sparkled up with Wink of Stella to make him even more special. I chose the colour outside the lines sentiment because that to me reflects my word for 2016 - FEARLESS - and means just go for it, be different and try things out.

Here's a close up showing - well trying to - that sparkle.

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Besotted, Colour Chameleon
Inks: SU, dapper denim, marina mist, night of navy
Promarkers: ivory, denim blue, midnight blue
Extras: Wink of Stella, clear

Pop on over to CC&S to see what the rest of the DT have created.  Like the idea of joining us as Guest Designer for a month? Enter our challenges and who knows it could be your lucky day!

Huge gratitude for dropping by today, you're a star!  And keep crafting!

  1. What a great card, Jane. I love the paint swooshes - awesome way to showcase the colours and to set off the rest of the card. Your sparkly cute critter is adorable and I love the idea of your FEARLESS word for 2016. Liz x
