Another day of introductions to the January release from Funky Fossil. And today's is a beauty if you love to colour.
The wreath stamp is a perfect size for using as a focal image on a six inch square card and is so satisfying to colour up.
I added a die cut circular frame to partially sit on top of the wreath and used foam pads to pop up the central circle with the sentiment for added dimension.
Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Blooming Wreath
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Pens: Copic, RV52, RV55, RV63, BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02, BV11, BV13, B000, B01, B02, BG32, G07, G28
Die: MFT Die-namics, Inside/Out Stitched Circles
I started my next card by lightly marking the width of the wide stripy washi tape at the top of a piece of card. I then stamped just part of the wreath and coloured it up. I added the washi and then stamped the sentiment onto a die cut shape.
The whole thing was matted onto a dark base card. This is my go to sort of card design - clean and simple with plenty of empty white space.
Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Blooming Wreath
Washi: Funky Fossil, wide black & white stripes
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Pens: Copic, RV66, RV69, T06, B18, G17, BG15, R46
Die: Uniko (discontinued)
A strip of the wide washi at the bottom just finishes this card off in a very stylish way.
So just one more day of introductions left. Which have made it onto your wish list so far? I know it's a very difficult choice, but there's still tomorrow's introduction to add into the mix. Hope to see you then!
Supplies:
Stamps: Funky Fossil, Blooming Wreath

Funky Fossil never fail to please do they! And that Washi tape looks so scrummy. You’ve made 3 smashing cards once again Jane. 🥳🥰
ReplyDeleteGreat designs, Jane. Cool design with that wreath. And I'm drooling over that wide washi. Don't you want to add it to everything?!?
