Thursday Thoughts

Today I'm sharing a card I created for the challenge at Less is More.

This is such a pretty colour combination in real life, but boy is it difficult to take a decent photograph!

I wanted the card for a wedding anniversary, thought the colours were so appropriate. I used a cream card - I know it looks white but it is definitely cream - and heat embossed the flowers and greeting in white. I also added extra white colour to the flowers and leaves with a gel pen and Miya pencils.

Here's a closer look, but the colours are still all wrong!

Supplies:
Stamps: clearly Besotted, Floral Fancy, Mr & Mrs
Inks: Versamark + WOW! opaque bright white

Thanks for looking today, I really appreciate you taking the time.

Keep safe, stay home and craft instead!

  1. Very elegant, cracking job for the LIM theme this time around, Jane

  2. It's a tricky colour combination to photograph at the best of times Jane but the added shine from the embossing must have been a nightmare! I get the idea though and your embossing is perfection itself. A really pretty delicate card. Vicky x

  3. Really pretty card Jane. Perfectly CAS and spot on for the challenge. The colours are hard to photograph and I don't think computer screens help either but we can all see how lovely it is. Thanks for joining us at Less is More.
