Thursday Thoughts

I've had fun with watercolours and a stencil on the card I'm sharing today. And it all started with the CAS Watercolour September theme.

Well you'll not be surprised about which colour I started with! Let's just say its complementary colour is yellow.

I started by placing the Funky Fossil Crooked Webs stencil onto some watercolour card and sponged on wilted violet and squeezed lemonade oxide inks. Then I spritzed it with water and held the stencil in place for a few seconds before lifting it and allowing the colours to merge.

Once everything was dry I stamped the spider and greeting, drew in a thread for the spider to hang on and matted it all onto a purple card base.

Supplies:
Stamps: Clearly Besotted, Fright Night
Stencil: Funky Fossil, Crooked Webs
Inks: Ranger distress oxide, wilted violet, squeezed lemonade

Thanks for looking today, it's been so much fun to have you visit my blog.

And keep crafting!
