Thursday Thoughts

There is the most amazing photo prompt for the current challenge at Time Out and I just had to play along with it!

http://timeoutchallenges.blogspot.co.uk/2018/02/challenge-102.html

Here's how it inspired me:

I picked up on the black and gold - rather difficult not to! And tried to add other elements from the photo like the heart, the stripes, the LOVE poster with the tiny heart. Makes for a very bold and elegant look and I really enjoyed using this pic as a starting point.

Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko, All Occasion Sentiments #5
Ink: Memento, tuxedo black
Paper: Forever Friends Classic Decadence
Dies: Lil'inker, stitched mats rectangles; MFT Die-namics, stitched heart peek-a-boo window; Lawn Fawn, Little Hearts

Thanks for joining me today, I'm really appreciative of your visit.

And keep crafting!

  1. I love how much our photo inspired this card.I know I commented on IS but had to pop by here too! I have looked closely at all the details and still can't work out exactly how you achieved it but that doesn't matter as it came out perfectly. So dramatic and a real stand out in the gallery. Thanks for joining Time Out
