MKC Digitals October Release

YAY! At last I can announce my exciting news! I'm on the MKC Digitals design team! How amazing is that!

Today I'm featuring a couple of stamps from their new October release. And there's a bit of a Halloween vibe going on!

How amazing is this bat filled background stamp? It so appealed to me that I just had to make a couple more cards to keep it company!

Once I had highlighted the hat wearing bats by colouring them I matted them onto black card. The first card is coloured with Copic pens and the green and orange cards with Prismacolor pencils. I finished them off by adding a home made computer sentiment.

Next up is a little treat box. This image was so much fun to colour and I chose those iconic Halloween shades of purple, orange, black and green.

I added a purple rosette which I created using a Tim Holtz die that's been in my stash forever. I used to use it a lot, but this has been its first airing for years.

Supplies:
Stamps: MKC Digitals, Fatty Batty Background, Fatty Batty Treat
Colours: Prismacolor pencils; Copic pens, V17,BV17,YR04,YR15, YR16, YG03, YG11, YG13, C0, C1, C3, C5, C7; Sakura gelly roll, white
Dies: MFT Die-namics, double stitched rectangles, stitched fishtail flags; Clearly Besotted, You Said It; Sizzix Tim Holtz Mini Paper Rosettes
Embellishments: Googly eye from my stash

Are you feeling inspired? Well I certainly hope so! You can find all the stamps I used, and many more, over at MKC Digitals. And remember digi stamps have two fabulous plus points - they're inexpensive and you get them immediately, no waiting for the post to arrive!

So pleased to have had your company today, thanks so much for visiting.  And keep crafting!
