Sunday Slot

Today I'm sharing a card I made for the October Challenge at CAS Mix Up.

Now I'm a bit of a lazy crafter and tend to stick to what I already know, so it's quite a shock to the system when a challenge asks for a technique I've never tried before.  But then that is also a really good thing about challenges and I've discovered a fabulous new way to use my inks and stamps.

This card was so difficult to photograph with all the shine, but believe me this technique looks amazing in real life. Here's the link to the tutorial I followed - Black Ice Technique by Melissa Kerman- SCS (8:42)

Supplies:
Stamp: uniko, Block Party Christmas
Inks: Versamark, clear; StazOn, jet black; Stampendous clear embossing powder
Silver fil card and gems from my stash

Thanks so much for dropping by today, I love having your company.

And keep crafting!
