Hi everyone!
I'm here today to remind you all about the May Challenge at Time For Tea Designs.
And what better opportunity than to create a card using the fabulous new Tree of Love die.
I started with a piece of buff card and blended ink over it using five colours of distress ink. I then die cut the Tree of Love from it. Next I took a dark brown base card and added a burgundy sky line die cut with Landscape Edges and a golden sun to create a background.
I also added a small piece of gold card behind the heart on the tree trunk. I used Woodland Critters stamps and dies and a die cut sentiment from Be Kind Be You to finish it all off.
Supplies:
Stamps: T4TD Woodland Critters + matching dies
Dies: T4TD, Tree of Love, Be Kind Be You
Inks: Rangers distress, dried marigold, fossilized amber, wild honey, victorian velvet, brushed corduroy; SU, chocolate chip
Pens: Copic, E37, E49, E53, R35, YR27; Sakura white glaze
Card: Papermill Direct, buff, gold sandgrain, dark brown, burgundy
I hope you will find time to join in with the May challenge - find all the details HERE. And maybe you're a winner from the first challenge - find out HERE.
Thanks for looking.
Stay safe and keep crafting!
