I'm trying to conquer my fear of vellum and used dry and heat embossing on this card:
I started by preparing an alcohol ink background on a sheet of vellum. Once dry I ran it through a Cuttlebug embossing folder and die cut it.
Next I stamped and heat embossed the awesome Visible Image Dragonfly, coloured it up with Copic pens and hand cut it. I popped it up onto foam pads and adhered it on top of the background panel. I added a sentiment from another VI stamp set.
Supplies:
Stamps: Visible Image, Live in the Moment, Creative chaso
Inks: Alcohol, clover, sailboat blue, pool, sunshine yellow, gold; Versamark clear + WOW! opaque white embossing powder; Versafine Clair, nocturne
Embossing: Cuttlebug
Die: Spellbinders, Labels Eight
Pens: Copic, G17, B04
Thanks so much for dropping by today, I always appreciate you taking the time.
Stay safe & keep crafting!
