This prompt had me thinking of sea waves and people waving, but a search through my stamp stash sent me in a completely different direction and I used a wavy colour block stamp instead.
I've combined an older and a brand new Clearly Besotted stamp set and chose a trio of pink inks from Stampin Up.
I was tempted to add some sequins, but decided against it as I wanted to keep this card flat and really post friendly.
Supplies:
Stamps: clearly Besotted, Colour Chameleon, Scrumptious Script
Inks: SU, sweet sugarplum, berry burst, fresh fig; Memento, tuxedo black
Card: SU, fresh fig
