Happy Little Stampers April CAS Challenge

I'm here today to share my DT card for the new Happy Little Stampers CAS Challenge.

Its's a One Layer theme this month and I love the way this makes me really experiment with my supplies to achieve a satisfying result.

I started this card by inking through a sunray stencil and then stamped on top of it quite randomly with different sized butterflies from Visible Image.

I added the largest and most beautiful butterfly, in my opinion, using black heat embossed ink to make it really pop against the background colours. I then went searching for a greeting that would stretch across the width of the card and separate the busy top part from the empty 'white' space at the bottom.

Supplies:
Stamps: Visible Image, Wings of Change; Greeting from MFT, Springtime Blooms
Inks: Veramark clear + Ranger superfine black embossing powder; Versafine Clair, nocturne; SU, pool party, blackberry bliss; ColorBox, grape
Stencil: Create a Smile, Focal Point
Pens: Copic, BG32, BV01; Sakura gelly roll, white; Wink of Stella, clear
