Thursday Thoughts

Today's it's a scrapbook page and a very simple one, but it certainly made me think lots of remembering sort of thoughts!

The layout is from The Memory Nest - my favourite place for scrapbooking challenges.  The colours are from their twist and the photo is from way back when - hence all the thinking!


 

I kept everything fairly minimal, even the journalling, wanting to make the photo and the year the first thing your eye would focus on.

I stamped the vertical blocks and then added sprinkles of the same colour by putting ink onto an acrylic block and using a water brush to flick the ink.
