Happy Little Stampers - December Christmas Challenge

The last Happy Little Stampers Christmas Challenge for 2017 starts today. And for this month we've the optional twist to use a stencil on your project.

And as it's been so incredibly chilly round here recently the idea of a fairisle knitted jumper really inspired me when creating my card.


As well as the stencilled panel I also used some of my favourite Christmas washi tapes to give a sense of balance to my card.

 

Supplies:
Stamps: HLS, Mixed Christmas Sentiments (retired)
Inks: Ranger distress oxide, peacock feathers, candied apple
Stencil: Tim Holtz mini
Embellishments: SU, washi tape

    I love the vertical over the horizontal - it certainly does give a balanced feel. I love this festive and wonderful card Jane!

    Love that TH stencil and perfect for warming you up. Such pretty colours and design. Just thought I would mention we are sweltering here with 34c heat and the AC is on.

    You beautifully used the TH stencil and beautifully combined colors. Scandinavian patterns are associated with cold winter. A great idea for a card, Jane!
